Who are the civic hackers?
There are only a few days left (< 31 oct) to participate to this survey.
This survey is part of a study on “collaborative production in eGovernment services” for the European Commission (www.ourservices.eu). The survey is aimed at those people who are improving public services “from the outside”, in order to understand the drivers, barriers and impact of collaborative production. By collaborative production we understand services that engage citizens/civic associations/businesses in the design, delivery and evaluation of public services, irrespective of the service provider (government, civil society or business).
Results are already quite insightful and are available as open data here.
